The Kardashians are back—and this time, the family group chat appears to be extra chaotic.
Hulu has announced that season 8 of The Kardashians will premiere October 8, along with an extended trailer teasing health scares, dating drama, baby jokes and some serious family tension.
Kim Kardashian’s health takes a more serious turn in the preview. While getting ready, Kim revealed, “I have something called esophagitis,” before the trailer cuts to her in the hospital.
The condition hits close to home, with someone noting that Kim’s late father, Robert Kardashian, had the same condition.
“Life is just really precious. And I worry if my kids are going to slip away,” Kris Jenner said. “Family, it’s all about family.”
Then, naturally, the dating questions begin.
“Have you dated anyone privately?” Khloé Kardashian asked Kim, who responded, “Let me just say this. I just can’t control myself.”
Caitlyn Jenner also quizzes Kendall Jenner about her love life, giving Kendall a chance to address rumors about her and Cara Delevingne.
“There’s definitely a rumour that Cara and I dated, which is not true,” Kendall noted. “By the way, I have nothing against having s*x with Cara. Never say never, right?”
Meanwhile, Khloé declared, “I’m single, I might be ready to mingle.”
Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s relationship with the family also appears to be a major storyline, with Simon Huck telling her, “They think Travis [Barker] is shielding you from the family, which is probably the biggest misread of the century.”
There are also baby jokes involving Kris and Scott Disick, because apparently no Kardashian season is complete without them.
After nearly two decades on reality TV, Khloé says she’s still having fun.
“We always say we want to keep doing it until it’s fun,” she told The Hollywood Reporter, “and until, like, if people still want to watch and enjoy, then why not?”
